We are delighted to inform you that our community
defibrillator is operational and is now located outside the library building.
In the event of a cardiac arrest, after you have contacted the local GP and
the Emergency services, should you wish to activate the local A.E.D.
service, please contact (087) 9322706
It is also important that you familiarise yourself with the trained personnel throughout the parish, included is the full list for your information.
We again wish to thank you sincerely for your continued support. Further AED and first aid training will be available next September should you be interested. Volunteers are always welcome especially if you feel that certain locations in the parish do not have trained personnel. Please note that we would like to extend an invitation to any person to support the local Irish Red Cross by joining the Doon branch.
